'Ball now in Russia's court' after Ukraine accepts 30-day ceasefire in US talks

The "ball is in Russia's court" on whether it will accept a 30-day ceasefire deal reached after hours of talks between top US and Ukrainian officials. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said talks were positive, adding that Washington will be contacting Moscow today about the agreement.
